Position Title: Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary: The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, generating new business opportunities through meetings and presentations, and ensuring client retention through excellent service and support. This role requires a proactive approach to managing client needs and expectations, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Building Rapport:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular communication and updates.
Generating Meetings:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present company services.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Retaining Clients:
Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor and evaluate client feedback to improve service delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
Client Support:
Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
Ensure clients are aware of new products and services that may benefit their business.
Facilitate training and onboarding for new clients as needed.
Performance Tracking:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Prepare regular reports on client status, sales activities, and progress towards goals.
