Key Responsibilities:
CRM Integration and Management:
Oversee the integration and management of all client projects on the Go High-Level platform.
Ensure the seamless operation of the CRM system (application) to enhance internal efficiencies and client satisfaction.
Lead Management:
Support clients with effective lead management strategies, ensuring optimal tracking, nurturing, and conversion.
Monitor lead pipelines and ensure accurate data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Customization and Optimization:
Customize CRM software to meet the unique needs of each client.
Identify and implement enhancements to optimize workflows and user experiences.
Client Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for client CRM-related needs.
Provide training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to clients for effective CRM utilization.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and project management, to align CRM strategies with company goals.
Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Performance Monitoring:
Regularly evaluate CRM system performance and recommend improvements.
Generate and analyze reports to track client and internal metrics, ensuring alignment with KPIs.
