Job Description
Location: Sitapura Industrial Area - Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: 2–6 Years (Jewellery industry experience mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain customer database with accuracy and regular updates
• Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and post-sale engagement
• Execute customer retention strategies and loyalty programs
• Coordinate with sales team for lead tracking and conversion support
• Maintain CRM software and generate periodic reports (sales funnel, repeat customers, etc.)
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management
• Support festive campaigns, promotions, and client outreach activities
• Lead and manage CRM strategy to enhance customer lifecycle and retention
• Design and implement loyalty programs, engagement campaigns, and customer segmentation
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, repeat buying patterns, and upselling opportunities
• Oversee CRM system implementation, optimization, and reporting dashboards
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and store teams to improve customer experience
• Drive customer feedback mechanisms and service quality improvements
Key Skills Required:
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
• Expertise in CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting
• Proven experience in customer retention and engagement strategies
• Leadership and team management skills
• Deep understanding of jewellery retail customer lifecycle
