Job Description
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by team.
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
co-ordinating and executing activity utilising the full mix of communication channels on offer – email, direct mail, in-order documentation, customer care and private events .
Provide innovative ways to target and reward our customers
Collection and Follow up for customer payments.
Issues customer refunds.
Takes customer complaints to upper management when necessary.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
