CRM Executive (Bangalore, Female)
✅ interact with clients to gather feedback and maintain strong relationships
✅ Communicate client requirements to the internal team for seamless execution
✅ Follow up on project progress and ensure timely updates to clients
✅ Address client concerns and work on resolutions with the team
✅ Maintain records of client interactions and feedback
✅ Engage with new business inquiries, explain our services, and convert them into potential clients.
Requirements:
✔ Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada & Hindi (preferred)
✔ Confident and persuasive speaking ability
✔ Experience in customer relations, sales, or lead conversion (preferred)
✔ Basic knowledge of home construction (a plus)
