Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Fresher, located in Nungambakkam, Chennai.
The CRM Fresher will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing customer data, and providing excellent customer service.
Daily tasks include meeting clients in house, data entry, generating reports, assisting with presentations, and supporting business development initiatives.
Qualifications
• Pleasing personality with good Analytical Skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in conversions of visiting clients
• Basic understanding of Business operations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
