Job Description
1. Post-Sales Management:
Oversee the entire post-sales process including contract management, documentation, and client onboarding.
Ensure smooth transition from sales to operations, ensuring all client expectations and requirements are clearly communicated and met.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address any issues or concerns post-sale.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective follow-up and support.
3. Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all post-sales activities.
4. Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
Implement best practices and continuous improvements in the post-sales process.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, legal, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
Coordinate with property management and development teams to address any post-sale issues or requirements.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to post-sales operations.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to senior management.
