Helping Indian and foreign clients to setup their offices in India. Dealing in Companies Act, Partnership Act, FEMA Act, FERA Act and various other Acts to ensure the company is has done all compliance.
Helping entities to file to returns with MCA. This role would also include business restructuring activities along compliance around business restructuring and mergers.
