• Monitoring these achievements at Area level.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly monitoring of CSC Business at area level.
• Ensure the overall CSC Portfolio across products (LTD) grows on month on month basis Monitoring activation of maximum sales officers in terms of Units cross sold and sourcing all the product portfolio.
• Proper coordination of HDFC Bank Regional Team, CSC Banking Channel and CSC at the ground level.
• Recruitment Identification of right fit candidates for the role - external or internal Liaise with HR for completion of joining formalities Ensure proper on-boarding of the candidates - training and mentoring Provide clear direction to the candidates w.

• overall job objectives and expectations Provide on the job product/process/business support Exploring new markets and segments Work in tandem with the CSC to identify new business opportunity for the bank Take product help for customization of product portfolio to suit the requirements of identified markets/segments CSC Visits Ensure feedback taken during visit and send to product / process for implementation Identify opportunities and new business during visits.
• Work out strategies for area which are in tandem with CSC business objectives Performance evaluation Monthly performance evaluation of team Mentor and guide non performing members of the team Periodically review performance of non performing sales officers Regular business updates to senior management and team: Provide pre-defined MIS updates to Regional Head on Daily/ weekly/monthly basis Ensure clarity and accuracy of data and MIS.
