Job Description
Reporting to the customer service supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for acting as the contact person (primary point of contact) between the company and customers. The incumbent will play a critical role in customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service throughout the entire process, from taking orders to delivering products. The person will work closely with the production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.
Responsibilities
Manage customer quotes: Reception, Go/No-Go, collect the necessary documentation, follow-up, forward to the customer etc. ;
Ensure that management has all the necessary data for all stages (Go/No-Go, Costing, sending commercial offers, etc.) ;
Perform contract reviews (purchase order), verification of prices, quantities, delivery dates, technical information, payment terms, delivery terms etc. And communicate any discrepancies to our customers ;
Perform all other related duties as required
Job Requirements
Education Requirements
DEC in administration or equivalent experience ;
Additional training in customer relationship management or customer service (an asset).
Technical skills
3-5 years of experience with customer service in aerospace/manufacturing industry ;
Previous experience in a customer service role or in the manufacturing industry (an asset) ;
Basic knowledge of the principles of aircraft manufacturing (an asset) ;
Mastery of computer tools (intermediate Excel, production software (ERP), etc.) ;
Aptitude with customer service ;
Bilingualism -English and French (an asset);

Customer-oriented, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude ;
Concern for customer satisfaction ;
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously ;

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
