• Prepare dishes according to standardized recipe cards while maintaining portion control and minimizing waste.
• Implement hotel food safety and hygiene standards, adhering to HACCP guidelines.
• Keep equipment clean and well-maintained in the food production area.
• Swiftly report any hazards, unsafe working conditions, or equipment requiring repair or maintenance to the immediate supervisor.
