Inspired by the lively beer halls of Europe, Felons Barrel Hall is a contemporary space that brings people together over expertly crafted beer, bold flavours from our Thai inspired menu, and live music.
We are currently recruiting for chefs that specialises or are interested in Thai / Asian Cuisine to come and join our dynamic culinary team. You will be someone that has a strong background in kitchen roles and has experience or entry level understanding in authentic Thai cuisine.
We’re currently recruiting for a variety of roles, welcoming both school-based student chefs and experienced, qualified candidates.
What we are looking for:
Experience in Thai cuisine desirable
Extensive experience working in the kitchen at highly renowned establishments
Passion for creating and delivering consistent, high-quality dishes
You take pride in your craft, your presentation, and your workplace.
You’re reliable, hands-on, and ready to pitch in wherever needed.
