Key Responsibilities
Produce all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications of the company
Actively lead shifts, in support of senior leadership team members while helping to manage budgetary goals
Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift
Assist in ensuring the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs daily
Key Requirements
Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or bar with strong culinary production skills
Desire to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best
