Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Promoting the cultural post as a project of the MNFC and its programs
Process sales of products and services provided at the Cultural Post, including transactions and cash handling.
Understand and operate the point of Sale (POS) to:
Process multiple types of transactions
Track, edit and add new stock and supplier information
Understand and manage product detail and pricing
Reconcile stock / count
Assist with all opening and closing duties.
helping ensure that the float and facility is secure.
Assist with “shop” layout and interior design.
Clean, organize & maintain presentation of the interior and exterior of the cultural post. Assist with pricing and display
Assist with marketing and promotion of:
In store marketing and promotion
Offsite marketing and vending events
Development of promotional media and design
Development and maintenance of social media marketing and promotion.
Customer and market research
May perform other related duties as required
Qualifications & Experience;
Must be a youth (up to age 30)
Must have attended post-secondary from September 2026 to April 2026; and be returning to full-time studies in the Fall of 2026
Experience working in customer service
Dependable and consistently works to uphold MNFC ethics and standards
