The Curbside and Carry Out Service Associate is dedicated to delivering exceptional "Guest First" service, ensuring that every Guest experiences a warm welcome. This role involves engaging friendly interactions, creating accurate orders, answering inquiries, and promptly delivering food and drinks, all while collaborating with Team Members to guarantee Guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow assigned schedules and adhere strictly to clock in/out times.
• Maintain compliance with company uniform and grooming standards.
• Provide timely and courteous service to Guests in your area and throughout the establishment.
• Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including food and drink offerings.
• Adhere to sanitation standards set by the company and local regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
• Exhibit a friendly, helpful, and positive demeanor while assisting Guests and Team Members.
• Familiarize yourself with company policies and operational procedures.
• Welcome and greet Guests according to established guidelines.
• Support fellow Team Members in fulfilling Guest needs.
• Answer questions and make recommendations about food and beverage options.
• Understand and follow protocols concerning allergen awareness.
• Take and confirm food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system accurately.
• Deliver food and beverages to Guests promptly.
• Prepare the final bill, present checks, process payments, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Thank Guests for their visit and encourage their return.
• Assist other staff members as needed in their roles.
• Complete assigned side work and cleaning duties throughout the shift.
• Attend company meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain communication with management regarding Guest service matters.
• Treat all Guests, Team Members, and Managers with respect and courtesy.
• Exhibit a cooperative attitude while at work.
• Represent the establishment positively at all times.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
• 6 months to 2 years of related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler's Certificate required as necessary.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow directions both written and verbal.
• Effective listening skills for communication with Guests and Team Members.
• Basic math skills for handling money and operating POS systems.
• Ability to manage workflow independently and address questions with supervision.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to stand and walk throughout the shift in a restaurant environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, talking, or hearing, and using hands to operate restaurant equipment.
