As a Curbside Taxi Coordinator your primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to patrons of the Calgary International Airport.
Responsibilities
Communicate and coordinate with Dispatch to ensure availability of taxi’s for guests
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and direct them to a Taxi
Assist guests with luggage; ensure items are handled with care
Ensures that taxi drivers follow airport procedures and reports occurrences, if necessary
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Takes pride in maintaining a high standard of quality service
Ability to work well in a team setting
Conducts themselves in a respectful, professional way with a high level of integrity
Strong command of the English language, both orally and written
Physically capable of preforming the duties assigned (walking, standing, lifting luggage)
Willing to submit to a background check
Assets
Enthusiasm for on-going learning, coaching, and training
Professional presentation with a focus on customer and client relations
Experience in the hospitality / service industry
Bilingual – knowledge of a second language
