Senior Manager Learning Experience (Curriculum +Instructional Design)
Position: Full Time

What is this role about?
The successful candidate will have experience in curriculum development, be comfortable with a range of learning platforms, and have a deep understanding of student and teacher needs. This position will involve curating engaging educational content, devising session documents, producing instructional videos, and guiding teachers in delivering effective instruction in both one-on-one and group settings.The candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment chasing ambitious goals on a daily basis.
⭐Oversee the development, management, and innovation of our expansive coding curriculum covering various domains such as fundamentals of coding, App
Development, C++, Java, Python, Data Visualization, Flask, Euler, HTML/CSS,
Javascript, Graphic Design, DBMS, and advanced AI-ML.
⭐Lead the creation of effective and engaging educational content, resources, and activities suitable for live learning and self-paced study.
⭐Empathize with both teachers and students, using feedback to adapt and refine the curriculum for optimal learning outcomes continually.
⭐Manage a team of curriculum designers to produce top-tier educational content aligned with the company's educational standards and goals.
⭐Monitor and drive key business metrics such as successful conversions of free trials, repeat sales, and Net Promoter Score (NPS). Develop strategies to optimize these metrics. Co-owning these metrics with other stakeholders.
⭐Stay abreast of the latest developments in coding, educational technology, and pedagogical methods to maintain the relevance and effectiveness of our curriculum.
What will make you fit for the role
Pre-requisites:
⭐Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
⭐Significant experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably in coding or technology education.
⭐Ability to sense the market and quickly curate offerings for the K-12 segment and plan for scaling up
⭐Familiarity with various educational platforms such as code.org, Thunkable,
Scratch, Minecraft, and Roblox.
⭐Proven leadership and team management skills.
⭐Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
⭐Strong ability to empathize with and understand the needs of both teachers and students.
⭐Business acumen with a track record of managing and improving key business metrics.
