In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing payments, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions. Manage customer accounts and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.
Process payments and reconcile customer accounts on a regular basis.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues related to customer accounts.
Utilize analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all customer transactions and interactions.
Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to customer accounts and financial transactions.
Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes as needed.
Communicate any issues or concerns to management in a timely manner.
Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
Meet individual and team performance goals and objectives.
Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the company.
