Responsibilities
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team member.
• Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
Requirements
• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Patience when handling tough cases
• Graduate(Freshers)/ HSC (min 6 Months of exp
