Role
Ensuring maximum conversion of walk in by attending each and every customer.
Assisting the customers by understanding their needs and closing the sale accordingly.
Increasing the ticket size by Cross selling and Up-selling.
Planning and striving to achieve the sales target of the assigned section.
Taking active feedback from customers through suggestions forms, tablets.
Educating customers about the First Citizen Program and ensuring maximum conversions.
Educating customers on the mobile app and ensuring maximum downloads.
Educating the customers on the new promotions & offers.
To ensure timely closures of all processes related to inventory management and control.
To receive stocks on floor and display them as per VM norms.
To maintain the display, ensure proper ironing, folding, piling, colour blocking etc. as per VM norms.
To ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned section.
Customers and ensure excellent customer service.
Ensuring safety of merchandising through 100% tagging.
Cashiering/billing as per the billing process.
Attend training as per the training schedule and complete all online certifications as per timeline
