Power Staffing Solution is hiring for immediate joiners Customer Support Executives, for one of our clients in Noida. This is a Work-from-office opportunity for blended(chat and email) process. Qualification • Undergraduate/Graduate/Post Graduate with excellent English speaking skills. • Minimum 1 year experience in international voice process Responsibilities & Eligibility • Must be able to resolve customer queries promptly via chat. • Candidates must be able to speak, write, and comprehend English. • Ensure customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. • Team player able to collaborate with team members to help improve processes and customer experience. Timing • 5 days working with rotational and night shifts. • 2 days rotational week off. • Both ways cab facility Compensation Based on experience and performance in the interview, compensation will be as below Upto 4.25 LPA Advantage will be given to candidates with prior experience in chat process. Experienced candidates must have valid documents(Experience Letter, Offer Letter, Salary slips) and valid KYC Documents.
