As a RemServ Salary Packaging - Customer Care Consultant in our Brisbane contact centre, you will champion our value of Customer Always, demonstrating a customer-centric mindset in all your interactions.

You will provide personal, confidential customer service to a broad range of clients across multiple platforms to support Salary Packaging and Novated Leasing.
We believe we are Better Together; we work together to do the right thing and deliver better outcomes for our customers and each other
We provide you with all the necessary training in salary packaging and novated leasing
Work-Life Balance - 38 hours a week with a rotating roster between 8am and 7pm, no weekend work
We provide you with everything you need to get started, you’ll receive a company laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset
To be considered for this role you will possess the following
A strong customer service focus
Recent experience working in Contact Centre, Retail or Hospitality
You enjoy assisting customers with their enquiries and can provide simple explanations to complex issues
Keen problem solver who thinks outside the box
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated attention to detail
Solid experience learning and using new systems
