Urgent hiring for International voice process.
Responsibilities :
• Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the callers
• Follow up customers and their complaints; ensuring that customer's requests are attended to accordingly
• Empathize with customers and give resolution to their queries
Salary Range : 10k to 18k
Eligibility : 12th / Graduate (FRESHER AND EXPERIENCED BOTH ARE ELIGIBLE)
Communication : Fluency in English and Hindi
Shift : should be flexible with Rotational shift including night shifts
