About the Role:
Benda Infotech is seeking a passionate and collaborative individual to fill the role of Customer Care Executive/Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruitment/Marketing Specialist. You will play a key role in helping top talent and managing the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Connect with candidates and clearly explain job requirements.
Utilize various US-based job portals to source qualified candidates.
Assist candidates with interview preparation to ensure success.
Maintain and update applicant data sheets accurately.
Track applications and applicant statuses efficiently.
Craft professional written and email communication for various purposes.
Proactively attract potential clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resource Management, Computer Science, or a related technological field (preferred).
A quick learner who is independent, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with various job portals is a plus.
