Experience:- 2-3 Year
Qualification:- Graduate
Job Description:
• Support and liaison with all external agencies for day-to-day donor data management and donor
support.
• Be responsible for managing and operating the Donor Management Systems used by Motivation
India
• Ensure all donor related data is processed and presented in an accurate manner in the donor
management system after all necessary verification processes have been carried out
• Create appropriate Donor related reports focusing on donor behaviour, donation trends and giving
patterns to support in future fundraising.
• Ensure data segregation and segmentation for more efficient fundraising.
• Support in overall administration of Motivation India Ahmedabad office
• Maintain Attendance and leave records for
• Motivation India staff
• Support with travel, ticketing and booking of hotels for Motivation India staff.
• Support Finance team in preparation of donor receipts Support and work closely with finance &
accounts team. Carry out other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the post as requested
by the line manager.
