Job Description
• Telecommunications operatives will need to speak clearly and professionally, and they will need to respond to all transfer calls quickly.
• They will also answer all the general questions about any services provided
• Telecommunications operative will also set up conference calls, manage a range of location information, as well as the system.
• A telecommunications operator will have knowledge about CRM and Indiamart and keep very accurate records; they will update the database and logs where required, as well as include call information identification numbers
