Responsibilities:
Should possess excellent Voice English Communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult or irrate customers effectively
- Ability to set expectations and deliver information in a positive and articulate way
- Professional and positive in interactions with others and is able to establish rapport quickly
-This role involves developing strong customer relationships and responsible to resolve queries of the customers via Call within the assigned TAT/SLA.
Need 6 months international voice experience
