Job Description
• Process orders on behalf of clients
• File claims and disputes on e-commerce platforms
• Provide prompt and effective communication with Clients
• Support clients, handling client calls, addressing queries and concerns through various channels
• Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns with relevant teams
• Manage RTP claims and win-back calls to clients
Qualifications
• Online Retail, Shopify, Client Communication, Call Handling
• Excellent communication in English
• Quick learner and self-motivated

• Working Hours: +:30 AM - 6:00 PM
