Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage client interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a technical background.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
Provide product/service information to customers
Track customer feedback and ensure satisfaction
Maintain customer database and records
Assist in post-sales support and follow-ups
Requirements:
B.Tech (Any specialization)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic technical understanding
Good problem-solving ability
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
