We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telecallers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in at least one regional language among Tamil/Malayalam / Marathi/ Gujarati/ Bengali/Kannada, or Telugu. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to introduce our products/services, answer their queries, and facilitate sales.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list.
• Introduce our products/services to potential customers and explain their benefits.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about our products/services.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to suggest appropriate products/services.
• Keep accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospective customers via phone or email to close sales.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally to ensure resolution.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in at least one regional language among Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Kannada, or Telugu.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
