Job Description
- Any graduate or bachelor’s degree in commerce
- 1 to 2 years of prior experience as a Customer support executive
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
- CRM platform knowledge required
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls of customers
- Understand customer issues and try to resolve them in minimum time duration
- Encourage the client to purchase the products whenever possible
- Follow the customer service script provided by the company
- Maintain good customer relations
- Meet targets defined by the team leader
- Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and feedback from the client for future references
- Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets and customer queries.
