Description

Coordinating with customers for feedback call
• Post sale and pre sale follow up
• Pre Delivery Coordination and arrangements of delivery kit and documents.
• Maintaining the customer data base
• Recording customer feedback.
• Following SOP's of Brand.
• Capturing complaints from customers.
• Resolving the complaints and getting satisfaction note.
• Ensuring ROAR score 100%.
• Preparing Root cause Analysis.
• Timely updation of sales process to the customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
