1. Domestic Process

2. Inbound process / Outbound process

3. Process on call.

4. Resolving customer queries through phone calls.

Shift Timings :-
Male - Monthly Rotational (any 9 Hours Shift)

Female - Fixed Shift ( 9 Hours)

Qualification and Skills :-
- Any Graduates

- Must be able to speak basic Hindi & English

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: Up to ₹190,000.00 per year
