Responsibilities:
Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred. Candidate must have 0 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process (Call Center).
Candidate having prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an advantage Should be ready to work either in Day or Night shifts.
Candidates with backlogs/appearing in their degree can also apply. Responsible for dealing with either Domestic or International Clients.
Responsible for dealing with Clients Should be fluent in English or Hindi or any Linguistic Language Should have good communication skills Good Command over the language for BPO/KPO/Voice/ Non Voice process Inbound calls / Chat Handling the customer queries.
Must be comfortable for Calling
