§ Preparing ‘Ebco Priority Report’ on Monthly basis.
§ Preparing Distributor wise Priority Report on Quarterly basis.
§ Preparing Monthly Sales Programme.
§ Preparing Plantwise Sale details as and when required.
§ Arranging Spare parts for customers from Plant.
§ Register Customer Complaints.
§ Follow up with QC team, Co-ordinators and Customers for QC reports, Spare Parts etc.
