We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Airtel Black Relationship Manager. This role involves providing exceptional customer service within the telecommunications industry, specifically catering to Airtel Black customers. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 Year Experience: Prior experience in customer service within the BPO industry is mandatory for this role.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential for effective customer interactions.
Graduate Degree: Applicants must hold a graduate degree from a recognized institution.
5 Days Working: The position offers a standard five-day workweek. Please note that transportation and meals will not be provided.
Rotational Shifts (Male): The role involves working in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, to ensure round-the-clock support for customers. This requirement is applicable to male candidates only.
45 Days Paid Training: Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training lasting 45 days to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge for the role.
Age Limit: Applicants should be within the age bracket of up to 30 years.
