Job Description
Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers
Provide support via chat and email channels
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines
Document customer interactions accurately in the system
Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs)
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Willingness to work in night shifts/rotational shifts
Prior experience in international BPO/Customer Service is preferred
Educational Qualification:
Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream)
Experience:
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Experience in international voice/chat process is an advantage
