• Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team
• Planning the training and standardization of service
• Maintaining a positive empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6 months - 1-year experienced candidates or freshers can also apply.
• Candidate with a potential and problem-solving attitude.
• Customer-centric approach and Patience must.
• Experience with Zoho ERP will be an advantage.

Language: Tamil & English (HINDI LANGUAGE IS MANDATORY FOR THIS ROLE.)
