• Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing their concerns and providing information about products or services.
• Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to higher authorities when necessary.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
• Data Entry: Accurately record and update customer information and interactions in the company’s database or CRM system.
• Feedback Handling: Gather customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints, and report them to the relevant department for improvement.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain service quality and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
Requirements:
• Educational Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent. Higher education may be a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in the required language(s).
• Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and office software.
