About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
2. Identify and assess the customers' needs to achieve satisfaction & communicate with the customers through various channels
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
4. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
5. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 18th Apr'22 and 23rd May'22
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
