Job Description
Duration: 4–6 month contract
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Location: Onsite – 5 days/week - 230 NW 24th St, Miami, FL 33127
Interview: 1 & Done – 30-minute interview
Must-Haves:
• 2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative
• Experience using Gorgias, Zendesk, or another CRM platform
• Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Self-starter with a “go-getter” attitude
• Comfortable using personal device with Windows 11 Pro (or equivalent “Pro” version)
Plusses:
• Bilingual in Spanish
• SAP experience
Day-to-Day:
• Respond to customer inquiries primarily via email initially, then transition heavily to phone support
• Provide customer support through email, phone, live chat, and website channels
• Answer questions related to products, orders, shipping, and returns
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams while upholding company policies
• Maintain a professional, customer-first approach in all interactions
• Learn and adapt quickly while supporting and encouraging team members
