This role requires you to work on-site at our Ringwood office, conveniently located close to the train station for those utilising public transport. We value collaboration and believe in providing a supportive in-person work environment to foster creativity innovation and mentoring.
Your Primary Role will be to:
Deliver a Red-Carpet service by addressing a diverse array of customer needs through calls, email, and live chat, all while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory requirements and adhering to our quality assurance framework.
Proactively contribute towards team and business process enhancements in alignment with GloBird's core values.
Embody the core values of GloBird, consistently demonstrating We Care, We Act, and We Improve in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and other stake holders.

Strong work ethic - willing & able to work overtime & weekends when necessary.
