Dunzo is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Delhi, India. As an Entry Level Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Provide product information and assistance to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
- Assist with other duties as needed
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Resilient and reliable personality traits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strategic planning and research skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent
