Job Title: Customer Contact Supervisor
Location: Jalgaon, Maharashtra

Job Purpose:
In charge of Customer order intake till customer delivery making sure the company meets customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to Customer service level performance (CSL)
• Coordinate all activities within logistics to meet customer expectations.
Generation of CBI demand planning
• Review & analysis of customer schedules and production plan Update of internal demand plan in SAP for 12 rolling months
• Contact to customer in case of deviations on schedules
• Capacity check and escalation
• Follow-up customer portal announcements
Shipment to customers
• Ensure daily/weekly shipments to customers on time
• Manage customer logistic claims
• Tracking of CSL and managing dispute process
• Returnable packaging management and follow-up
New customer product/project
• Analyze customer specifications
• Contribute with IT to SAP setup
• Respect customer needs (audit, report...)
Team Management
• Foster a climate of teamwork and motivation within the team by encouraging entrepreneurship mindset, professional development and growth of employees (assessment. training. coaching and mentoring)-
• Ensure the deployment of the company communication to the team
• Ensure appropriate work environment for the team

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor/Master degree in any field
• At least 3 years of experience in Logistic department
