Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with banking regulations and managing customer accounts effectively. You will play a crucial part in conducting internal audits and preparing regulatory reports, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required by governing bodies.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts and provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with various departments to resolve any compliance-related issues effectively.
Stay informed about changes in regulations that may affect customer accounts and compliance management.
Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the banking sector.
Strong understanding of compliance management and regulatory requirements related to banking.
Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to conduct internal audits and prepare comprehensive reports.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to account management and reporting.
