Job Description
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Incentives extra)
Key Responsibilities:
1.Customer Communication and Engagement
Handle Customer Queries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, providing information about services, pricing, and scheduling.
Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing B2B clients (e.g., Resident Welfare Associations, Used/New Car Dealers), effectively presenting our services and fostering strong relationships to drive growth.
2. Social Media Marketing (preferred/not mandatory)
Content Creation and Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement; create engaging content tailored to our audience across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build a loyal community.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on campaign effectiveness.
3. Operational Coordination
Backend Operations: Manage billing processes, including invoicing and payments; maintain accurate financial records using MS Excel.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth operations and service delivery; schedule services and coordinate with the operations team to meet customer expectations.
4. Support sales and customer enquiry of another venture (Electronics Trading and Furniture Manufacturing/Trading)

Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in Business Management (Marketing) or related field.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication in English and Hindi; articulate with a customer-centric approach.
Social Media Proficiency: Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools; creative flair for content creation and design.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of billing and financial record-keeping; proficiency in MS Excel.
Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing personality; skilled at building and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships.
Adaptability: Proactive, self-motivated, and flexible in adapting to changing priorities.
