This position involves engaging directly with customers at live events and retail activations, where you will represent our clients, explain products, and support the sales process through in-person interactions.
This role is suited to someone confident speaking with customers, enjoys working in fast-paced environments, and is motivated by achieving sales results through high-quality customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the sales process by guiding customers through purchasing decisions
• Engage with customers face-to-face at events, pop-ups, and retail locations
• Clearly explain products and services and answer customer questions
• Deliver product demonstrations and share accurate product information
• Set up and maintain promotional displays at event locations
• Provide a consistently professional and positive customer experience
• Work closely with your team to meet daily sales and engagement targets
This is a sales-focused, face-to-face role where strong communication skills and confidence interacting with the public are essential.
