The ideal candidate will be able to think on their feet and handle multiple tasks at one time. We are seeking someone who is comfortable in an office environment, and dedicated to great customer service.
What you bring to the table:
- Great multitasking skills
- Experienced with Google Suite (Sage 50 Accounting experience is a plus)
- Comfortable with computers
- Friendly and personable
- Works well within a small team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Able to work well under pressure
- Comfortable reporting to multiple managers
- Weekend availability is a must
This role requires someone who is personable and flexible. In our team, we all do a little bit of everything to ensure customers have the best experience possible.
What you’ll be doing:
- Answering a multi phone line system, screening and forwarding phone calls in an upbeat manner
- Greeting, welcoming and directing customers as they come in
- Ensuring showroom & office is clean and presentable
- Restocking product as it’s purchased
- Processing transactions in person and over the phone
- Taking service calls and scheduling service appointments
- Performing basic troubleshooting with customers
- Managing files, both digital and hard
- Handling customer service issues
