About the role :
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Experience Executive who will be a pivotal figure responsible for ensuring that travelers have a seamless, enjoyable, and unforgettable journey. This begins from the moment they initiate their travel plans and continues until they return home. In this role, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service, skillfully resolving issues, and consistently enhancing the overall travel experience for our valued customers.
Requirements :
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• A deep commitment to customer satisfaction with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concerns.
• Empathy and the ability to build rapport with travelers, understanding their unique requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions quickly in fast-paced situations.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations, manage stress, and remain composed during high-pressure scenarios.
• Follow communication protocols, rules, and policies.
Skills :
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
