Communicate with clients via phone and Instagram
Update and manage orders
Coordinate with production teams
Ensure timely production and dispatch of orders
Coordinate daily with karigars and production units for cutting, stitching, alterations, and finishing

Hands-on experience with Shopify and order management systems
Prior experience in production coordination
